Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Custom paintings, digital downloads, prints are non-returnable. We encourage you to review custom orders carefully before finalizing your purchase.


Return Process
To initiate a return:
  1. Contact us in the form below or email: info@arttrekgallery.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the artwork securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Send the package back using the provided label.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your artwork, please specify the desired piece in your return email.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the shipping expenses.
