Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The artwork must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging. The gallery reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Custom and made-to-order paintings are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for the buyer.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. Claims without photographic evidence cannot be processed.

Once the return is received and inspected, we notify the buyer of the decision. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

To exchange an artwork, simply specify the desired piece in your return email and we will guide you through availability and pricing.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part — in which case the gallery covers all shipping expenses. The cost of the provided return label is deducted from the refund.
