All works offered are original paintings and sculptures by Oksana Nasisi, unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display colors, dimensions, and details accurately; slight variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
3. Orders and payment
Custom and made-to-order paintings are created specifically for you and are non-returnable. Please review all details carefully before finalizing a custom order.

Please see our Delivery page for shipping times, costs, and coverage. Every order is automatically insured at no extra cost.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms a part of these Terms. In short: returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery; the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging; custom and made-to-order works are non-returnable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Art Trek Gallery LLC is limited to the amount you actually paid for your order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
